Note on Capitalization: Our company is identified as “Giggrabbers” (uppercase “G”) and freelancers on our platform are referred to as “giggrabbers” (lowercase “g”).

Terms and Definitions

Guest Checkout: If you purchase a deal without an existing account, we use the email address you provide at checkout to create a client account for you, deliver your order communications, and provide access to your project dashboard. This information is handled the same way as data provided at registration.

2. Usage Data

We may collect information your browser sends whenever you visit our Service. This Usage Data may include your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and unique device identifiers.

We also measure how marketplace listings perform — for example, which deal listings are displayed to or clicked by visitors. This listing analytics data is used to rank and improve marketplace results and to report performance to the freelancers whose listings are shown; it is not used to build individual visitor profiles.

Payments — Stripe: We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Stripe’s Privacy Policy can be viewed here. Stripe adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS.

Social Login Providers: If you register using a third-party account (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), we receive basic profile information from that provider. We do not receive or store your password for those services.

AI Service Providers: Giggrabbers uses third-party AI services to power features such as AI-assisted project descriptions and title suggestions. When you use these features, the text you enter may be transmitted to an AI service provider for processing. We do not send personally identifiable account information to AI providers in this context.

Our Service may contain links to other sites not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
