E-Commerce Specialist

About This Role

Giggrabbers is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to support clients in building and scaling profitable online retail operations. This is a freelance position that spans storefront development and optimization, marketplace management, and performance marketing — well-suited to operators who can deliver across the full commercial stack.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimize Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce stores to client brand specifications
• Set up and manage Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, or Walmart Marketplace listings and advertising campaigns
• Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and site structure to improve conversion rate
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for cart recovery, lifecycle nurture, and promotional events
• Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure inventory accuracy and delivery SLAs
• Analyze store performance via GA4 and platform-native analytics; implement data-driven improvements
• Manage paid shopping campaigns across Google Shopping and Meta Dynamic Product Ads

Qualifications

• Portfolio of eCommerce stores or marketplace accounts with documented revenue outcomes
• Proficiency in Shopify and/or WooCommerce — Shopify Plus experience is an advantage
• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms: Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and A/B testing methodology
