Prompt Engineer & AI Content Strategist

About This Role

Giggrabbers is seeking a Prompt Engineer & AI Content Strategist to design and optimize prompts, build repeatable AI content pipelines, and set up AI workflows for clients' marketing and operations teams. This is a freelance position focused on turning generative AI into dependable, on-brand output at scale.

The ideal candidate pairs a writer's instinct for voice and quality with an engineer's discipline for testing, iteration, and building reusable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts and prompt templates for consistent, high-quality output
• Build reusable AI content workflows and pipelines for blogs, email, social, and ads
• Create brand-voice systems and guardrails so AI output stays on-brand
• Evaluate and compare models, documenting what works for each use case
• Integrate AI into existing marketing and operations tools and processes
• Run A/B tests on prompts and content, measuring quality and performance
• Train and onboard client teams on AI tools, prompts, and best practices

Qualifications

• Demonstrated prompt-engineering work with measurable quality improvements
• Deep familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and their strengths and limits
• Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp sense of brand voice
• Experience building repeatable content workflows or AI-assisted processes
• Analytical mindset — able to test, measure, and iterate systematically
• Clear communication and the ability to train non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, no-code AI tools, or automation platforms
• SEO and content-marketing background
• Familiarity with RAG and connecting AI to a brand's own knowledge base
