About This Role

Giggrabbers is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of brand presence across key social platforms for our network of clients. This is a freelance position, giving you the flexibility to work with multiple clients simultaneously while setting your own schedule and rates.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative executor who can translate brand objectives into measurable social media outcomes — content calendars, community growth, and campaign performance all fall within your remit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with each client's brand voice and objectives
  • Create or source graphics, Reels, Stories, and written posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Grow follower counts and engagement rates through community management and targeted outreach
  • Monitor platform analytics and deliver structured monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Plan and manage paid social ad campaigns including boosted posts, awareness, and retargeting
  • Stay current with platform algorithm updates and emerging content formats
  • Collaborate with clients on campaign themes, product launches, and seasonal promotions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing social accounts for brands or marketing agencies
  • Portfolio demonstrating tangible follower growth and measurable engagement results
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent content creation tools
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms
  • Strong copywriting ability — compelling captions, CTAs, and brand-consistent messaging
  • Foundational understanding of paid social strategy and ad performance metrics
  • Reliable communication and timely response to client revisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with influencer partnerships or user-generated content (UGC) campaigns
  • Video editing capability for Reels and short-form TikTok content
  • B2B content strategy experience on LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Sprout Social
